Refill Policy

  • If a service has a 30-day guarantee, refill requests must be made within 30 days. No refill after the period ends.
  • Manual refill requests can take 0–24 hours (or 48–72 hours in rare cases).
  • In case of market-wide issues, refill may take 5–7 days.
  • ⚠️ Refill is void if: The order drops below start count or a new order is placed before refill completes.

Important Order Guidelines

  1. Never place two orders on the same link until the first one is completed.
  2. If you request cancellation, don’t reuse the link until it’s processed.
  3. Don’t place a new order on a dropped link before refill is done.
  4. Non-refill services have no guarantee. No claim will be accepted, even if not delivered.

Currency and Account Rules

  • Main currency is USD. Local currencies (PKR, INR, etc.) may show fluctuations based on exchange rate.
  • Only one account per user is allowed. Multiple accounts may be suspended without notice.

Special Cases

  • If you change your username or link becomes inaccessible after placing an order, no refund/refill will be given. You must restore the original data to qualify.

Refund Policy

  1. No refunds to original payment method. Balance is only usable for SMMBlitz orders.
  2. Chargebacks/disputes will result in account ban and service removal.
  3. Refund only applies to undelivered orders. Credited back to balance, not payment method.
  4. Private account or invalid links = no refund. Double check before placing order.
  5. Fraud (stolen card etc.) will terminate your account immediately.
  6. Do not use multiple servers for same link. No refund for such cases.
